Kristen is from Alexandria, VA and has resided there with her husband since 2010. Kristen attended the College of Charleston where she earned her degree in Communication and media studies in 2003. She joined Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. in 2006 and has held the Legislative Assistant Position, Director of Legislative Affairs, Senior Director of Legislative Affairs, and currently serves as the VP of Legislative and Political Affairs. In December of 2021 and 2023, Kristen earned Top Lobbyist awards.
